For most new Mercedes-Benz vehicles in the U.S., scheduled maintenance is not complimentary. Mercedes-Benz offers optional Premier Prepaid Maintenance, which allows customers to prepay scheduled maintenance. For new vehicles, plans are available from 2 years/20,000 miles up to 4 years/40,000 miles, depending on the plan and vehicle.
New Mercedes-Benz vehicles generally include a 4-year/50,000-mile New Vehicle Limited Warranty, whichever comes first. Additional coverage may apply to emissions components, high-voltage batteries, and other specific components depending on the vehicle.
Yes. Mercedes-Benz provides 24/7 Roadside Assistance. Vehicles covered by an eligible Mercedes-Benz warranty receive complimentary qualifying roadside services such as flat-tire assistance, battery jump-starts, and emergency fuel delivery. Towing to an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership is also available under Mercedes-Benz program terms and restrictions.
